        I found a great workout class ...

        I found a great workout class here for new moms: Zumba with Baby and Zumba with Toddler. It's fun for both the moms and the kids.

        By the end of the class, I feel like I've had a great workout and my toddler is ready for a nap. The classes are on Thursday mornings. The Zumba with Toddler class is at 9:45. The Zumba with Baby class is at 10:45.
