Total Home Protection

There is nothing like having your air conditioner stop working properly in this summer heat. Just my luck... I have used my home warranty from Total Home once before and I am so glad that I renewed it. I called as soon as I came home from work and discovered it was not working right and quite hot inside. They arranged for someone to come over the next morning. The tech found a leak in the line where the freon had all escaped. He repaired the hole and refilled the freon. Within an hour it was cooling again and not blowing hot air anymore. I paid my deductible, which I am sure was much less than having to call someone myself. I would recommend Total Home. This is a true money saver

At first I thought maybe getting a home warranty brought me bad luck, since it wasn't long after that when my dryer suddenly broke down, not drying anything I would put in it. Then I realized that the home warranty actually brought me good luck, because after I realized that repairing the dryer wasn't something I could accomplish by myself, my wife reminded me with a wry smile about that "home warranty" thing we bought. I stopped trying to make myself look like a hero by fixing the dryer and instead looked good by fixing the entire problem with one phone call. Total Home came through, all right. With only a phone call and a very minimal amount of patience, the dryer became its usual, working self, and my wife and I both had smiles on our faces this time! Get the home warranty. Do it. You'll be happy.

Broken washer, leaky dish washer you name it it has happened to me. When it comes to fixing things, I am all thumbs. After being stubborn for months, I finally gave in and purchased a home warranty from Total Home Protection. My friends and family all encouraged it and my father was the biggest supporter of this company. He always taught me to look out for number one and he had such an awesome experience with them, he wanted me to experience it to. I am sure glad he did.
Without my home warranty, I would've had to go and get a second job. I've been able to upkeep my house and appliances much better than before. Very satisfied with their services.

I've never heard of a home warranty before my friend told me about her experience with this company. I didn't see any harm in inquiring so I called in and the rep convinced me to purchase one. I was comfortable with the offerings and the pricing, and anticipated that it would come in handy at some point. A few months after purchasing, my 2 in 1 washer/dryer system (don't ever buy one of those) began malfunctioning. When it was set on the dryer mode, it would re-wet my clothes, making doing laundry a ridiculous process. I filed a claim with Total Home Protection and someone was acheduled to come take a look at it in a few days time. The technician found that it was a simply rewiring issue and Total Home approved my claim. My washer/dryer was fixed and I was able to do my 3 piles of laundry with no issue. The warranty was really easy to use, no hassle. Will likely be a continuing customer.

Signed up for their monthly plan and have been happy ever since. They sent over a specialist that fixed my central air and waived the service fee. All in all, so far I would highly recommend their company.
