In-Shape Health Clubs

There are 3 Group Exercise Studios and so many fun classes to take. I can see why all the celebrities are doing Pilates, it is such a great workout - it really tones and firms every part of your body. The Power Cycling class is a blast I think all of the regulars who take this class have lost weight and are looking trim.



The cardio selection can't be beat, you never have to wait for a machine and they have huge flat-screen TVs to watch your favorite show. A few times I've gotten caught up watching a movie and look down at my machine are realized that I just burned 900 calories and I didn't even notice - how awesome is that! There is even a private workout studio made just for women, it's kind of like Curves.



I also love the café, after a morning workout I can grab a smoothie and head off to work.



I love the way exercise makes me feel and I am so glad I made the decision to improve my health and my life and this club really helped me make the transition.

In-Shape has the best work-out program I've ever experienced. Completely transformed my body. After working out for a few months at In-Shape, I began to really see a difference in my self. I look and feel really great! My daughter came and worked out with me and she couldn't keep up with me and she's in her 20's. It was truly amazing to see my progress. In my opinion, I have the best trainer in town. He really knows how to push you the right way and get the results.

Great atmosphere, excellent selection of cardio and weight equipment and amazing personal trainers - I am in the best shape of my life! My wife and I love taking the power cycling class with Yadira – she is fantastic. This is a great place to work out and improve your health.

I recently tried to quite Inshape because the told me that they have a womans only area. Well they don't. They have a sign that says Womans Workout Area but that doesn't mean that men cant come up and stare. When trying to quit I had to wait 30 minutes because the receptionist said she didn't have the authority to give me the piece of paper i had to sign so that they would stop billing me. "Only a manager can give that out." I waited and when the Manager arrived she tried to ask me personal questions about why I wanted to leave. Are you not reaching your goals? "Lets put your membership on hold for a couple of months and you can think about it." Uh no i want to leave because you lied to me when i joining (among other things). When I answered them it was clear it was just an attempt to stop me from taking my business elsewhere. Don't sign a contract to go to this gym. They will make it difficult and frustrating to leave.



Other Reasons I quit. Low quality employees (probably underpaid), they pressure you to purchase personal training when joining, over crowded gym and daycare, and its not a family atmosphere. Lifestyles is a better choice.
