        Martial Arts At It's Best

        American Taekwondo & Fitness is a great school. They have a flexible schedule, and all the classes are taught by very qualified instructors. Aside from the instructors, what makes this school exceptional are the people. There are no egos, and you really feel like you are part of a big family.
