Jackson Hewitt Tax Service

They dont deserve 1 star but I had to pick one to submit this review. If your considering filing your taxes with JH I would think again!!! For a tax return that would have cost $50-$100 at the most with almost any other company... JH charged us close to $400 and our return is still not done! We have had to go back 4 times now because they didn't do their job right. They fail to mention before they do all the work that if you plan on claiming a dependent each form is almost $80 each!! They screwed up our filing and now we have to file an amendment form and now have to pay another $80 to file that form. Total BS. I would never recommend this company to even my worst enemy. Run far away from jackson hewitt! They suck!
