El Ranchito Taco Shop

Unreliable! I had scheduled El Ranchito's taco truck for my mother's memorial and celebration of life. Communication with Jr. was next to impossible and should have been a warning sign but my neighbor was happy with their prior catering experience. Jr. failed to deliver proof of insurance to the facility despite indicating this was not a problem and daily follow-up's with him to ensure we were on track. He never gave me the courtesy of a phone call and we were left hanging less than 18 hours before the memorial. I had been a frequent patron of the establishment but they have lost my business for life. You just don't do that to people in their time of mourning when they are counting on you. Decide for yourself if this is the kind of business owner that you want to support.
