Le Paws Pet Grooming Salon

I have taken my two large dogs to Le Paws three times and I am happy with the results including today. My dogs were delivered to me happy and content, they looked and smelled great, nails were cut, ears were pretty clean. The lady I dealt with was nice. Price was definitely right. I recommend.

I give one star because NO stars is possible. The Owner is a B*#@H... I have a 13 year old long hair JRT and have kept her shaved all her life, she just looks better and feels better as well. She has a Thyroid condition and her hair does not grow evenly any longer, I asked that she be shaved as close as possible to even her coat, yet not giver her razor burn. (same as I always have) I actually took both my dogs in, the younger only gets a bath and nails done.



I was told 5 to 6 hours. Wow... at 6 hours I had not recieved a call I went there.



I am required to pay before I get my pets back, I paid the bill with a credit card ($75), and gave the owner a $5.00 cash tip. . So they bring me the younger JRT/Beagle first, and she had been bathed, but not brushed and because of the heat from the dryer, was shedding profusely!! I out her in the car, and go back for the older dog. they bring her out, and I imediately notice there are spots on her that were not even close to being a shave... when I tried to discuss this with the owner, she was very rude, told me she had done all she could, and if she did more, it would put my dog at risk of sunburn... Seriously??? she is a 13 year old dog, that I have spent almost every day of her life with... the cut was HIDEOUS... she basically told me I was stupid, didnt know how to care for my dog, and I asked for the $5.00 tip back and she said HELL NO!!!

Dont waste your time going to this DIVE... What a waste of money, after 2 weeks, I had to take her to a different shop to get her usual grooming done...

So I have taken my cocker spaniel to several places and granted when you pay the high prices you get an awesome job. Yet this lady knows how to do it but at a decent price. Never have troublegetting my dog in.so if your a value shopper, then enjoy Le paws.

Ok let me educate you, you have the right to see your pet. Call as often as you want as well as do routine check in to see how your loved one is doing as any repeatable place would allow you to see your pet.When I asked to see my girl friends dog I was told hes not ready they will call us.. Waiting 6 hours for an animal or longer is hard to belief especially on a 3lb animal. I have parked my car in back of the facility and not one dog was walked. The over whelming smell of smoke is enough to give your pet emphysema. Not to mention no water is given I would bet my life on this.. Ask to see where the dogs will be stored you will not see one water bottle.. Many reviews that are all negative are accumulating every where. Rudeness from the owner has been a long going problem . Scheduling is a joke they say there taking your name down and putting you in a book .And on day of arrival your name isn't even there, Your dogs card with crucial information is never found.. Prices change with out notice. I have also noticed garbage bags accumulate by the back door with loads of bottles of human shampoo being tossed out. Is this what are dogs are being washed with a $.99 bottle of white rain that isn't pet safe the last time I checked. Then we are charged 40 plus dollars. What a joke save your self time aggravation and money its not worth the headache.
