Tails To Nails

This place is just a dream come true!! I am so very pleased to have found a wonderful spot to bring my sweet babies!!! Tabitha was an absolute angel!!!! I have never felt so safe leaving my Babies anywhere before. She made me and THEM feel so comfortable. My babies were at the facility for around 4 hours which was totally fine with me after she explained how important it was to give them breaks if need be and take extra time to hold them and interact with them as to make them feel more safe and secure during their stay away from me. After getting home my kids were so happy and waggy smelling so fresh and clean......I couldn't be more pleased with my experience. Thank you so much for taking care of my fur babies!!!! I will most certainly be back!

Our pups got dropped off in the morning apt. 9 & 9:30 we didn't hear from the groomer all day I stopped in around 3-3:30pm to check she said they still weren't done didn't mention anything was wrong with either dog while I was there said she'd call when they were ready. later she call my friend saying that one of them came in with a blood sore! He did not have this when he was dropped off. I was contacted around 5 to pick up. When she placed the one baby down he immediately peed all over she said it wasn't his fault he was in a cage all day. That didn't sit right with me and my baby also immediately went potty as soon as I set her down and noticed her nails were short and some had dried blood nothing was told to me about. I called the vet and told them the situation and took both dogs in. Both dogs have been seen by our vet resently Medication was prescribed to both dogs. The vet said she believed my friends dog had clipper burn since he was recently seen and had always had a clean bill of health and was otherwise still healthy except for the cut that appeared to be fresh on him. And he was in such pain. When tabitha was told about the vet visits she said she didn't want the letter from the vet she'd call and talk to them her self! I also called the vet around 9:20am to call me back since she didn't come in till 2pm! tabitha called my friend back around 10:30am said she spoke to the vet and the vet apparently the vet changed her story?! How is that when the vet we seen Dosent come in till 2pm? I believe she kept the dogs so long to try to hide there injuries and make them look older than they appeared to try to cover up what she did! Why else would you keep them for over 8 hours and not say anything while I was there about the injury! Or she didn't start on them till after I was up there and rushed thru the grooming and did the hack job she did and then try's to blame it on everyone but her self! Either way our babies were treated inhumanely and unprofessionally

While grabbing some donuts next door I noticed this cute little place and stopped in. The groomer (Tabitha) was so kind and friendly. I decided to give her a shot with my babies and I couldn't be happier! I was given a discount for having multiple dogs and felt the price was very reasonable and my babies have never looked better! Great job! I will not go anywhere else now, worth the wait and the price for sure!

If I could give this a 0 star review I would! How dare someone treat a dog so horribly! She basically shaved my dog after telling her 4 times not to when he arrived. She took 8.5 hours and he was in a crate for the majority of the day bc she held a birthday party for a dog! She cut him on his neck, left patches of fur un touched, didn't even trim under his stomach. She then yelled at my mother and threw his leash to her. She refused for us to pay for this cut because she was bickering with my mother. This was one of the worst dog grooming experiences I and my friends have ever heard of. I don't know how people give this lady good reviews when she has neglected dogs. I also had to book an appointment three weeks out for her to take 2 walk ins and rush my dog. She is an overpriced scam!

I am so very pleased with the services that have been provided for me at this small local business. This facility is the cleanest and most friendly dog place I have ever encountered. It always smells so fresh that you wouldn't believe it was in fact a place where animals go to get clean when they are dirty. Tabitha who is the groomer there, is always so sweet to me and my boys. She is always giving my children lolly pops which makes them smile and my dogs treats which makes their tails wag. I can tell that my pets are treated well here because they are always so full of energy when I pick them up, prancing around like they feel like a million bucks. I would recommend this place to anyone that has a pooch in need of a grooming. I have visited many groom shops in search for one that didn't smell like a wet dog and have always been disappointed until the day I walked into Tails to Nails. I feel as though I have one less thing to worry about in life now that I have found a safe happy clean place to take me pets for their regular bathes. Thank you.

THIS PLACE IS BEYOND WONDERFUL! I HAVE 3 DOGS AND SINCE FOUND TABITHA AT NAILS TO TAILS I TAKE MY BABIES NO WHERE ELSE.TABITHA IS SOOOO GOOD TO MY GIRLS AND THEY LOVE HER. GOE`S ABOVE AND BEYOND WITH THE CARE AND KINDNESS SHE GIVES TO THEM AS WELL AS GIVING THEM THE BEST GROOM THEY HAVE EVER HAD AND ALL AT A REASONABLE PRICE.I BELIEVE TABITHA SINCERELY LOVES THE DOGS SHE GROOMS AND IT SHOWS IN HER THOUGHTFULLNESS.I AM SO GLAD I FOUND NAILS TO TAILS AND TABITHA. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HER AND NAILS TO TAILS.YOU WON`T FIND A BETTER GROOMER AND GENUINELY NICE PERSON AND DOG LOVER.TAKE YOUR DOGS HERE...IT IS A GOOD EXPERIENCE FOR ME AND MY DOGS THAT MEAN THE WORLD TO ME.:):):):)10 STARS!!
