        great place

        I have been going here for years .owner goes out of his way to help customers, he even picks up and drops off. He even made house calls for my elderly neighbor when her car would not start, who does that without charging an arm and a leg



        Also needed an alternator 2 months ago , on a saturday I

        Had yo stop somewhere else (as westerchester not open on sat) I wound up getting new battery to get back home and took to bobby on monday, it was 1/2 of what the other place (in high point behind outback) quoted, my friend who drove a vet even takes there

        Overall

        I have been taking my vehicle to Westchester for over 6 years and I can't say enough about how great Bobby's work is and his Grandson, too.

        As a female, I have always had to be cautious with mechanics and auto repair shops....I am so glad I found Westchester Auto.

        I continue to go there even though it is now out of my way, that is how good they are.

        I know I will be treated fairly, everything is discussed up front and done right the first time.

        Thank you for the pat on the back. The guys here always enjoy hearing that they have been a help to someone. Bobby has now retired and his grandson is now running the garage full time. However we find it hard to keep Bobby away and he visits very often to stay in touch with the friends and customers he has made over these last forty odd years. We hope you will continue to allow us to help you out with any future automotive concerns. Also as you mentioned female patrons to an automotive establishment are prone to feeling hesitant when it concerns repair issues.         DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE! I fe...

        DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE! I felt I was ripped off and lied too! Simple request I was certainly charged for and made to wait an unreasonable amount of time only to be told that it was not resolved. Very unhappy customer and will spread the word around!!!!
