Brought in several iPads for repairs for the company and they always do an exceptional job. My go-to place.

I have been to this business for two separate incidents. The first time they treated me well and gave me good service. The second time, I was not treated well at all. They misrepresented how long the service would take, and they charged me twice as much as they originally stated. They demonstrated incompetence (they said they couldn't reproduce a problem on the computer for a week, yet it immediately happened when I demonstrated it for them), and the employee that was helping me was personally rude to me. I will not be returning.
