House of Hard Knocks Inc

Josh and his crew at the House of Hard Knocks installed a cutting edge & top of the line home theatre and sound system in my house. I can operate it all from my iPhone and iPad or use remote controls. The system is really high tech and includes over 14 flush ceiling speakers. I was thinking of getting satellite radio but they introduced me to Internet radio which gives me access to literally thousands of worldwide radio stations instead of just a few. My husband is greatly enjoying to an Australian radio station from his home town. They sold me a TV for less than what I would have paid at a store and set up the whole thing in addition to Apple TV and came out SEVERAL times just to show us how to use it all.



They were always prompt, friendly, courteous, respectful, professional and they went the extra mile to ensure that everything was up to my expectations. Their work was done well, neatly, and on time and they used excellent quality products. They clearly knew what they were doing and they do their work with a great attitude. I have used them more than once and will use them again. I couldn't be more pleased with their work and their commitment to service.

i've had many systems in the past, worked with many different shops....by far the most comfortable experience of them all. The owner, Jaime, listened to what i wanted for my truck stereo and did exactly that. didnt try to "upsell" me on anything, kept it really simple and got the job done the way he promised. they only use quality equipment and if your're looking for high end products, even if you're on a budget, just go see them and you will not be dissapointed. the system install was very clean and im extremely satisfied with what they did. When I first found this shop I was relieved to finally find a nice clean uncluttered shop. Without a ton of cheap crap piled around their shop it made the choices easy to make and the home audio room was amazing not what I was shopping for but after seeing and hearing it I was blown away I had no idea what I was missing without quality equipment at home. Long story short awesome shop really nice owner... (which was also nice only having to know the owner not some random sales guy)08,65/
