Regency Extended Care Center Inc

My grandmother was a resident here. Many of the residents complained that the food was awful. Her bed didn't get changed for a month. I had to do it myself. There had been mice and roaches in her room. There was always an issue with there being no not water or water that was barely lukewarm. The appointments clerk failed to make doctor's appointments. They even kept a newly delivered pair of eyeglasses in a drawer at the nurses station for a year and a half. I have heard CNA's and orderlies speak unprofessionally to residents, or make fun of them.
