Avoid like the plague. Frankel claims to be willing to help you find a position matching your skill set, however all you are likely to get are a bunch of emails that say:

Thank you for writing. While your credentials are impressive they will not work for this particular position. The client has several candidates whose most recent roles are almost identical to the position here and will likely go in that direction. I would be happy to hold onto your information and keep you posted as other suitable positions develop. I appreciate your interest.

Copy pasted listless responses that do nothing but show disrespect and detachment. I interviewed with Frankel to do a skills inventory and have tried to find a job through them for the better part of half a year. I have NEVER received a callback, NEVER received an email that was not the above mentioned, and NEVER received any support via phone or email. I called them to ask if I was doing something wrong and it basically came down to, "We don't need you." Unless your credentials EXACTLY match their requirements, don't bother, they won't help you. Even if they DO exactly match, as mine have in the past, you will still likely get that same email over and over again. Frankel has shown nothing but disrespect and disregard for my time.

Thoroughly Unimpressed: Called Frankel Staffing while visiting Raleigh to research the area and the job market for possible relocation. Representative who spoke with me was very complacent and seemed unknowledgeable (she sounded like a "kid"). Her answer to every one of my questions about job opportunities, area employers, pay rates, etc. was, "it varies". She showed no interest in making an appointment with me to come into the office. I would assume this is indicative of the services this firm provides - non-proactive.

I have wasted my time applying with Frankel Staffing. I submitted my resume, filled out all the paperwork, and completed all the testing. At this point I have heard nothing regarding any positions (even though I was presented with a few options) Samantha is the recruiter I've been in touch with since day one, but I feel no efforts have been made on her behalf. Honestly, I would have preferred she just tell me that she can't help me for whatever reason, then to say she will submit my information, and I hear nothing in return. Now I see why some people say staffing companies aren't aways the way to go. I explained to Samantha I wouldn't waste her time so please don't waste mine. That part went unnoticed.

Don't waste your time with this company. They make you come in and take their TEST and they don't following up with you after it to let you know how you did. there not there to help you get a job at all, they are also very unprofessional on all aspect. And if you call them to follow up they will just give you the run around. I don't know anyone who has gotten a job from this company. Best bet is to fine a job on your own or through a friend..

Don't waste your job seeking time with this firm. They are unresponsive and post jobs on their website that do not actually exist. They will not return your phone calls or emails and are quite unprofessional.
