        They replaced my hard drive about 3 years ago, no problems....it started acting up a couple months ago, I took it in and they said it had a virus, charged $149, I took it home, turned it on and it was still acting the same so I took it back. That time they wiped the hard drive and it was ok for a few days, but then the same issues began again. As I needed it, I didn't return it for several weeks. When I did, they said it had some 'minor' bugs but apparently they did nothing but remove a couple of programs. Home again, same problems immediately. I got the feeling they don't seem to care. Looking for another place to sevice my PC.

        I had a particularly nasty tro...

        I had a particularly nasty trojan virus that basically shut down my computer. They were able to fix the problem and remove other issues. I have used other "box store" computer service in the past with less success... I highly recommend them!
