Dec 24th, went to pick up my order. Nobody there till 8:07am. when it was advertized to be open at 8am. One person showed up and waited another few minutes. Was told when I ordered it that it would be ready. She couldn't find it and after about 10 minutes came out with what was to be my order. Said the owner was picking up the buns and would be there shortly. 10 minutes later she said it would be about 9 or 10 before they got them. Went home with my order and by the time I brought the ham in, I had almost 2 lbs of juice in my back set. I weighed the meat on my mail scale and it weighed just under 4lbs. By the time I brought it back, it lost about another 1lb of juice. Because I received about 3lbs of ham when I ordered 5lbs, the girl said she'd take care of it, when all of a sudden the owner walked in and started yelling about the fact that when you order 5lbs, you don't get 5lbs and that's how all meat markets are. The he started swearing, took the tray from the counter and said goodbye. I asked for my money back and he said no and continued walking away. I took out my phone and said I'm calling the police and he said go ahead. Then shortly after came out and threw the money at me. How's that for running a business?
