        Dr Ball and staff are simply terrific! My son was fitted for contacts and Teresa was so very patient and professional with him as she walked him through the whole process. He was very nervous, but she made it so easy on him.
        When making an appointment, ask specifically to see Dr Ball. Unfortunately, there is another doctor at this location who seriously needs to work on his professionalism......

        Very enjoyable visit. Fast exam and nice friendly staff. I found no problem or anything to complain about with location OR staff. :-) They helped me get just what I wanted and I will stay loyal to them when talking to anyone about eyecare in Bloomington! Well done Dr. Tavels!!
