Pick-up/drop-off from any Southern California location for every group size of one or more is included in packages for private excursions by executive transportation, group wine tasting, winemaker team building, sunset winery dinners, and special occasion coordination. Our ultimate goal is for all of our guests have an enjoyable, safe, and entertaining time.         Customer service lacking

        You start off by getting pickup late. Then the driver tells you that you get to spend 45 minutes to an hour in "Old Town" Temecula shopping. That's okay, but you are only told about going to three wineries. You are served lunch at the first winery. The lunch was very good but it arrived late, so we had to wait about 15 minutes for lunch. Our driver was very friendly and courteous and helped us in and out of an old van with a/c that was very lacking on one of the hottest days of the year. The driver turned the a/c off and drove with the windows down which was better. Overall, it was satisfactory because it was only $90.00. I guess you get what you pay for.
