Would have given ZERO for professionalism. Below is my story..

Purchased a car from here 3 weeks ago.
Sales Person Jason was polite but didn't have much knowledge on the vehicle . He was more interested in playing with his phone. I had to ask multiple questions to get more information about the vehicle.When I asked Jason about the safety features of the car .. he replied back stating that "Are you looking forward to have an accident with the car". I was really shocked with this type of unprofessional behaviour and callous attitude.

Sales Manager is a typical sales guy who will try to show that he is providing you the best deal but will hide multiple clauses which will eventually bump up the sales price . I was so much frustrated with this lack of transparency that I was almost on the verge of cancelling the deal.

Eventually I bought the car but had a very bitter experience. Will will not recommend this dealership to my family or friends.

Service department is so unprofessional. Went out of my way to put this review. Should tell you what kind of service I have been receiving for the past 6+ months. Awful! Including the manager and his "staff".

Our salesman Adrian was so sweet. The finance manager, John, was a complete jerk and was the reason the sale went south after 6.5 hours. If you'd like to hear about John's MBA and background in car finance accompanied with how stupid you are for declining an extended warranty for a nearly new car, this may be the dealership for you! Others heard him belittling us and did nothing to stop it. Shame on you all!

And John also taught us a valuable lesson when it comes to buying late model Jettas: always buy the extended warranty because in the last couple of model years Jettas have been known to have their computers go out around 45k miles and cost about $6k to fix.

Thank you, John, for talking us out of buying the Jetta!

We were extremely satisfied with the service that our salesman Steven provided at Metro Volkswagen! My wife and I initially came in looking to buy a car for me, but we were so pleased with the service and car inventory that we decided to go ahead and sign a lease for my wife as well. Everyone at the dealership was extremely friendly, helpful, and professional. We will definitely be recommending Metro Volkswagen to our friends and family!

Metro Volkswagen called me last year (2013) wanting to purchase my 2012 CC. I decided to take them up, and became the proud owner of a 2010 Pre Certified Tiguan in May. It was bliss for the first two weeks.



Almost two weeks to the date of purchasing the Tiguan, it was in the shop. Again two weeks later, and again and again and again. I spent more on service fees the first three months than I did in actual car payments. I was really confused, how can you sell a pre certified car, tell me that you will stand behind me, and when I call to voice my concerns- you give me the run around and act VERY RUDE to me, a purchasing customer.



I was told, after many meetings and phone calls, that there was nothing more they could do for me, they would not buy the car back unless I purchased another car through them. At the time, I was in the market to purchase a house and purchasing another car wasn't in the books for me. The manager/CEO/director, basically told me there was nothing he could do for me and I needed to stop calling.



My car has been in the service shop 15+ times with various problems. The engine has basically been rebuilt. I have spent WAY too much money on this car getting repaired.



On 2/2/14, it was due for a oil change and the last three times I have had it in, I have complained about the transmission slipping and revving really high before switching gears. On this service date, they finally diagnosed the problem and ordered parts, promising a phone call to notify us when the part arrived. My husband and I have tried for over a MONTH to get a return phone call back and this morning, 4/22/14, we discovered that the ordered part was in fact delivered to the shop on 4/2/14. WHY HAVE I BEEN DRIVING AROUND WITH A FAULTY TRANSMISSION AND NO ONE HAS CALLED TO SET UP A SERVICE APPOINTMENT?!



I am COMPLETELY done with Metro Volkswagen of Irving. I will NEVER return to you for ANYTHING.



I want everyone to know, they "did me wrong" and they will do the EXACT same thing to you. Please be smart and take your business to another VW.

YES... my car was fixed!!!!I cannot say it often enough that Ms. HUMA (I hope I spelled her name right) went over and above all duty to help me when I was "stranded" Friday evening because the alternator had given up on me. Ms. HUMA is the very best I have ever encountered in a Maintenance shop! I hope you give HUMA a wonderful bonus for Christmas. Happy Holidays to you... too... and to all the VW people in your Maintenance Shop. I have been coming to your shop for the last 10 years and hope you will be there for the next 10 years and even longer!
