Glamour Shots

I took my family for some pictures, we were very excited it was our first. We got there and i was going to get my makeup and hair done. I hated the look, i looked better how i walked in with no make up on. I told the lady smoky eye look and she did cat eye look, wtf?! Are u stupid or what? Omg the hair terrible! I told her wavy look and did nasty frizzy hair! Damn she is bad! The photographer and manager treated us kindly and all, until after we got our pictures which were great but the CD slideshow did not work anywhere, i could not see it at all in laptop or dvd. We call them every week to see if they hav our cd ready and fixed and they dont take our calls. The receptionist says the manager Tino is not there or that he doesnt work that day. Wtf?! I know he is there! Beautiful pics but bad customer service and defintely make me and my family unhappy customers. Never going back! They charge so much as well! I do not recommend it. Too bad. Hope they read this and work on there customer servicea and not being rude to other people.

I Took photos for a valentines day present after I purchased a Groupon. I got there and actually did have a pleasant expierence. When I got a chance to review the pictures, they were medicore at best. When it came time for pricing, I was a little excited and couldnt decide which pictures to get. I was told theyd be airbrushed and beautified and id recive the pictures in 2 weeks. I was excited for to give my significant other this present and ended up paying over 600 dollars! 1 month later, I hadnt recieved my pictures. I called and was told they were busy with the holiday, which I understood. On 13 Feb I was finally told the pictures were ready. When I went to pick them up, no touch ups were done and they were very poor quality! Keep in mind I paid over 600 dollars for just six 5x7s!! When I stated I was unhappy with some of the photos, Tino apologized and took the photos back and I was promised a refund and my pictures fixed and mailed. I never got them. I had to hound them every day to recieve my pictures! Once my pictures were finally fixed, I was still unhappy with the quality but decided it was my fault for ever going there. As far as the refund, Im still waiting on that a month later!!!
