Boulder Creek Apartments

I applied and was told I could move in 2 weeks I never heard from the person doing my application until I called her the day I was suppose to move in and she told me I couldn't because I was missing one paper but was never told of it be for my move in date. Then when I asked for my holding deposit back I was told it got cashed!! When the paperwork day its not suppose to be cashed until I moved in. I was told on 8/26/2014 that I would get a check in the mail in a week but when no check came I called Robert on 9/8/2014 and he told me I should revive a check soon so I get the check on 9/15/2014 but when it came it says the request for the check didn't get sent out until 9/8/2014 THE DAY I CALLED. they are so unprofessional

Worse place ever! The kids are monsters in this place. Constantly throwing rocks, ruining the back fence, cussing at people, and the parents dont do anything. The cops are always here, I smell pot all the time, and people are getting robbed left and right. There had been countless times I have been sitting in my living room with the door locked and someone turning the handle trying to get it. Not to mention I know many people who have been robbed here. My brothers car was hit in the parking lot and the people took off. And a couple I talk to here has black mold, thats deadly. I recommend that you not even think of this place. Pay a little more and live far away from this hell hole. Thats what I'm doing when I get out, never again will I be here.
