LA Fitness

I think if this place was open 24 hours like 24 hour fitness and had better customer service, they could give 24 hour fitness a run for their money. The facility also could be cleaner and do a better job of keeping the pool clean.

The girls at the front desk are rude and not helpful. They sit on the computer Skyping their boyfriends or are in their cell phones talking and don't even look at you when you walk in. No music playing for approx. 3 weeks, feels like a morgue in that place.airconditioner only works half the time.

Front desk is not helpful at all. Trainers are lacking in professionalism.

I was looking at LA Fitness as a place to use as a gym, but seeing the review and the manager's reaction. I will not be joining any LA Fitness Gym.

My Family works out at this establishment. We just had a issue with my kid being placed in jumpy that was filled with urine. When we confronted the manager Keith with the issue his response was "what do you Care it will be cleaned up". I have called several facilities and no one will release corporates number.
