Miami Signs and Graphics

The owner, Carlos was very unprofessional and lacked in customer service. I recently went to this crappy place to wrap my hood and roof in a matte black finish on my truck. I called around for a competitive price and the only reason I decided to give this place a try was because of Eric, the graphic designer who answered the phone when I called. I was originally quoted a price and when it was time to pay the price was changed an extra $200.00. Carlos made the decision and couldn't even show his face. To top it off the hood and roof were different shades of black. I definitely called Miami Dade Consumer and complained. This message is for you, the reader! This is my warning to you. Please go elsewhere for your graphic deign needs. Screw you Carlos!!

HORRIBLE!!!! I know they specialize in cars, I had a simple request for something I needed wrapped and it took them forever to get it right, when I would ask for a quick modification, it would not only take forever for him to get back to me, but he said he couldnt do certain things I requested and I now realize after I have the finished product, that it could have in fact been done with no problem, (simply making a font bigger). They could not read emails correctly which is the only way they wanted to communicate, they gave attitude when they were in the wrong. It takes alot to get me upset, I am rvery reasonalbe but these people are not friendly, let me take that back, they are friendly until you give them the down payment. I spent a small amount of money getting my sons helmet done, the job he did was horrible, I already paid for it so there was nothing I could do but I would not recommend this company to anyone, STAY AWAY!

So let me say that I had two cars wrapped with this company and was about to have a trailer wrapped. Even after poor customer service. I understand Managers and Business Owners sometimes have bad apples working for them. The owner Carlos Diaz was pretty accommodating. I then saw what appeared to be a bubble that had popped. I had one of my assistance take the car in 4 days after we got it from the shop mind you. They told us they don't cover it and that it would be $150. I am a customer that would have spent around 6,500. There are a lot of wrap companies and please beware Miami signs and graphics is not one of the good ones. Shop around it will be worth your time and save you aggravation and the hassle of dealing with such poor customer service.

This review is not accurate. The vehicle in question was returned to us with two complaints: bubbles in the wrap on the bumper, and a deep scratch through to the paint on the door. We repaired the bubbles right away at no cost to the customer, as this problem was covered by our warranty. The scratch in the door occurred after the vehicle left our company, and we are not responsible for damage caused to vehicles once they are no longer in our possession. We offered to fix the door for a reasonable cost, which would have involved reprinting and replacing the entire door panel. The owner declined this offer and was very rude to me and my staff. Fellow wrapping companies: be aware if you are contacted by this company (Universal Party Management). The owners and their staff were extremely unprofessional and difficult to deal with throughout the entire project.

Please take a strangers opinion and keep looking these non professionals do not understand that their business falls in the category of customer service. Beware

I do not know what you guys talking about, They took time in my work but in the end my car looks Amazing
