I had quick turnaround service on my computer. When I received it back they went an extra mile and cleaned up my computer and did a few extra things to make me really impressed with their service.
I have nothing but high 5's to give TLC Computers. My first trip was an external hard drive crash and the recent cycling shutdowns with the blue screen of death. They saved my bacon each time with their timely and cost efficient repairs. I can and do refer these folks to repair my or any other computer problems. Kudo's guys
Great communication on troubleshooting for my MacBook Pro. Saved all my old information, replaced the hard drive and installed a new battery all for about $350. Very happy with my whole transaction here. Service was fast and complete.

I have used TLC Computer Solutions several times over 3 or more years. The service is always excellent, ability to diagnose and repair problems is more than outstanding, and prices are always fair.
John was great at TLC. I was given his name and number from a neighbor who had great confidence in his ability. TLC lived up to her accolades and I am glad I have found him and TLC.
I have been on the quest for a laptop charger many times, and when I only had a couple days to access my old laptop's files I was frantic- that is until I went to TLC Computer Solutions! In a matter of ten minutes they found the product I needed and it cost less than half of the price as elsewhere. I will definitely be coming here for all my computer needs!
John is great and i would trust these guys for any of my computer issues. They fixed my virus issues and it's like a new computer...at a reasonable price.
Unreliable and a ripoff! Will take your money and not fix your computer. They took weeks and computer was still broken and had the nerve to charge me 60 dollars.

Before leaving our shop, the computer was repaired and tested thoroughly for days to ennsure it was running properly. This customer never let us know that there was a problem after it was picked up. I am personally disappointed that we failed this customer and have addressed her feedback with our team to better serve our customers.
