i bought my wedding ring and band set from them and they assured me that they can resize them. when i went back in to pick them up, they had just melted the ends together so you could visibly see where it was resized. i wore it for one week and then one of the side diamonds fell out and it was too tight for my fingers--to the point where my finger would have visible red indents. when i went back to them to replace the diamond and make the visible edges smoother, they actually made the rings smaller. i had told the girl THREE times to make sure they make the rings bigger. and she just nodded her head like an idiot saying "yea yea it will be perfect." now they added yellow gold to what were supposed to be solid white gold rings so you can see where the white gold is and where the yellow gold is. when i pointed that out, they said "don't you know that there is no difference between white and yellow gold." a month later another diamond fell out and another a few months after that. i was so tired of their unprofessionalism that i took the rings to a proper jewelry store and paid extra to have it done right the first time. london jewelers on oak tree road has no idea how to do their craft and they are so rude and unprofessional. please save yourself a lot of aggravation.
