A-1 Detailing and Pressure Washing

I hired A-1 Pressure Washing through groupons to power wash my house. I contacted the owner and we agreed on a date. It was a Monday that he was supposed to be at my house. On that Monday morning he called and said he over slept and it looked like rain so he could not make it. I did not understand because he was washing and it did not rain at my house on that day. And I do not understand over slept. His next date was the next week. A1 arrived at the house and looked around. I went in the back yard to work. He called me 10 minutes later and said his son was sick and he would take care of him and be back in 2 hours. Two hours later I called and left him a message to call me and let me know when he would be back or should I leave and go to my job. I called several more times and never received a call back from him. I waited all afternoon with no contact from him. I complained to Groupons and they said they would contact him have him contact me and try to work this out. I wanted my money back but Groupons said they would work it out and like a fool I trusted A-1 to do what they said. I was contacted by A-1 and told he would be at my house on the 28 between 130 and 230. I called at 232 and was told he was on a job and would call me in less than 2 hours when the job was done. I waited all afternoon and it is 830 at night and I have not heard from A-1. I tried calling but he will not answer just like last time. He not only does not do what he says he will do he will not even call you to let you know he is not going to do it. My next complaint will be with the BBB.
