Black Canyon Dental

My wife and I have been going to Black Canyon Dental for over 2 years. Our experience is exactly the opposite of Iswhatitis. The staff is friendly, competent, and very gentle. The hygienist did, in fact, complement me on the care of my teeth. The expense does not appear to be out of line with what I've paid elsewhere and my experience has been great. I have been treated by Dr. Poe and have only briefly met Dr. Reardon.

Go somewhere else. Expensive and as you can see with their website and glitz, is your money is going elsewhere. The service is nice however the care in the chair I thought very substandard. They don't tell you what or when they are going to do when they prod into your mouth and they are far from gentle. They are never complementary about your teeth or how well you take care of them, only that you can do better. Dr. Reardon is all smiles but he also does not have a soft touch or good chairside manner. It's a very much we and them feel there and the number of employees, the upscale facility and glitz shows me where my money is going. When I initially started going there 2 years ago I liked it, but I have had decreasingly good experiences with quality of care and services that need to be replaced well before they should. I'm going somewhere else, where my money goes into my mouth rather than their business.
