        Overall

        Everyone knows taking a stump out after tree removal is EXTRA. It requires a rental machine at the cost of $80. If it's not in your contract that you signed then it is not included Salvatore.

        Subject: tree, stump and roots removal.

        Price quoted: $450



        Gwtberto, We stopped payment on the check! You didn't remove the STUMP!!! We raked the surface of all the wood chips you left behind to check and see if you did remove the stump completely...YOU DID NOT! The stump and roots 'MUST' have been removed completely before you got payed the second half of the money ($225)...AS AGREED! Now we have to call someone else to remove it and all the roots you agreed to remove, AND DID NOT! You are trying to take advantage of two old, retired, disabled people. SHAME ON YOU! Don't bother to call us back, we are done with you. Again...SHAME ON YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!
