Do not use this company. They will not stand behind their product. They replastered our pool and about 16 months out we started having delamination issues. We tried several times to contact them about this issue. They were extremely difficult reach. Finally, someone came out to look at the delamination issues and said they would contact the plaster company who did the work. Upon several more calls the plaster company came out and said they would fix the delamination areas. When they came out they only fixed a few of the areas. This resulted in several more calls. The end result - they did not fix the delamination areas. This resulted in another call to the plaster company. We were told to stop “wasting their time” and that we should call the person who sold us the pool and that they were not going to deal with us anymore. Now we have a pool with greater issues than we started with. Beware – do NOT use this company.
