I have never been so frustrated and disappointed in service! The salesperson greeted me and complained about their new setup and couldn't offer us any advice on what we were needing. He pushed hardwood and cut me off when i said we were looking for stone look. We walked around the entire store trying to find prices and product info on our own. Not even one sales person came to help.
Save yourself the trouble, you'll get better service (and probably better prices) at any box store.

I was really impressed with my overall experience at The Floor Trader of Tacoma. The store was clean and organized, and the staff was very friendly and informative. They helped me to find what I was looking for, and did not pressure me to buy outside of my budget. I would definitely recommend The Floor Trader to my friends and family!
