I had to go back three times to have my eyeglasses fitted with correct lenses and took one month to get it done right.

This place was absolutely amazing they had a great frame selection and incredible customer service. Wayne, the owner helped me find the perfect frame and my glasses were ready next day. Great optical, I would strongly recommend Davis Optical over any chain stores given my experiences in both. I will never go anywhere else!

I went in for an eye exam and then to order glasses. I ordered the glasses and then cancelled them within an hour. I never got the glasses because I was told they were cancelled. Years later they are charging me for glasses I never received and they can not produce the glasses that the insurance paid for minus my co pay and then reported it to the credit agencey and I can not get it removed. They are a rip off do not do buis;ness with these people.

They dont stand behind their work, they charged me to re do it and it was wrong. I am out $1000.00 and had to go somewhere else to get it done right!!! I would never go back there if they were the only ones in town. Very unhappy
