Jake went above and beyond today. He took customer service to a whole new level. He met with my wife and then, drove across town, to meet with me. I was in transition from one job to another and he made it work! After meeting with me, he went back to the house and figured the particulars with my wife!! He was still at my house, when I got home hours later. In fact, he stayed to get all the measurements and scheduled the installation of a new system, ducting, electrical, ect. FOR THE NEXT MORNING!!!!!!!!
There was not a step he didn't explain. He even called the engineer to ease our nerves about unit size, etc. This man was professional to the T. If I hadn't known better, I would have thought it was his personal business he was representing; he was that concerned that we got what we needed and wanted. I have never met someone that detailed and concerned with customer happiness, that didn't own the company.
We will be working with him from now on!

From the very beginning Wes was informative and helpful. When Jonathan came out to service our AC units, he explained everything fully, he did not try to push us to purchase the part to make our unit work more efficiently..... he just explained why it would help and how it would benefit us. NO HARD CLOSE....I hate that 😡. In the end, it just made financial sense to keep the AC unit up to speed and purchase their “Rescue Club” memebership he suggested- but we already knew we were going to get that from the beginning......Thanks to Wes!
