Helping Hand Tree Service, LLC

The City of Longmont hired this group to trim our neighbor's tree. When we got home they had large branches and debree scattered all across our yard and garden and were tromping through the garden over and over without a care in the world. The walkways were left a mess with sawdust all the way up to the front door. We called their company to complain and they drove back up, grabbed a few handfuls of our mulch and left, while tramping through the garden again.

Set up an appt. for a Tuesday, no show. Received a phone call that we could reschedule for Friday. Friday was a no show as well! Very frustrating - won't let them touch my tress.

I gave them 3 opportunities to service a tree and they were a no-show all three times and each time I had to contact them to confirm they were not coming. Professionalism, promptness and communication are not part of their business philosopy. I had given their contact information to friends and have since contacted them to ignore my recommendation and seek out a more reliable service

Crew showed up on time. They setup, removed the trees and did full cleanup in 1 1/2 hours, fantastic!
