800 New Look

Thankfully 800 new look came to the rescue. My insurance company was trying to do minimal repairs to my roof when in reality they should have been paying for a full roof replacement. Once 800 New look came onboard they took over my claim for me and dealt directly with my insurance company and ultimately they ended up paying for my entire roof to be replaced. It was such a good decision to bring them on board because it took so much stress off my shoulders. At the end of the day they did great work on my house and the guys were amazing. I wouldn’t think twice about recommending them to my friends and family. Thank you 800 new look.

Crew showed up early. Very friendly. Did an excellent job and left nothing behind. No evidence they were even here. Would recommend.

They did have to push my job back a day due to the rain but they let me know and all is well. They got everything done in a day and I was surprised at how well they cleaned up. The insurance company part was a bit of a hassle, just now finished getting all the money, but I never had to deal with any of it. They took care of everything. I am glad I went with them.

I signed with these guys and they got me good amount of money from the insurance to replace the roof and siding. First they replaced the roof, not bad. then they sent one person to work alone on the siding. After 3 weeks, he finished his lousy job. At the inspection I pointed out all the defects which they fixed some of it. These guys are not organized, hard to reach unless they want to collect their money. Will never do business with again.
by the way, on other sites, they have many bad reviews.

My husband and I signed with 800-New Look the same day that Steve Ingalls came out to give us a quote on a new roof. Steve was very honest and took the time to explain everything to us. We have a two story with a steep roof and Steve's guys finished the entire roof in just one day. Steve helped me pick the tiles and he was right on, they were beautiful. The guys must have circled my house three or four times cleaning up all the debris. The workers were so polite, they even took the time to talk with my inquisitive five year old grandson. What a pleasant experience. Steve was there all day making sure everything went smooth. Thank You so much!

Job is completed on 8/3 as promised. Crew arrived at 8am and had 3 layers of shingles off and everything done by 2:30pm. They did a great job and were really careful about keeping area neat and safe. Crew was very professional and a pleasure to have around. They addressed all questions and concerns promptly and completely. I discussed the problem that I had had with my roof and Ray took the time to explain how there process of laying the roof was going to prevent the problem in the future.
