Overall

They replaced my older noisy AC/Heating system with the new infinity SEER19 unit. Cannot even tell that outside unit is running unless you stand beside it, it's that quiet. The team that installed the unit went beyond what was required and installed new refrigerant line and rerouted all in attic area. Very pleased with all aspects from their service tech, sales and installers. They even gave me credit for my previous repair against the cost of new system. Thanks again....jbaggett.

Very Dissatisfied customer

I am very dissatisfied with Reliant Heating & Air Conditioning. I have not had proper working service out the equipment they have placed in my home when my home was built in December of 2012. I contacted Reliant on Thursday December 5th after noticing that my unit would not come on. I contacted the after hours department around 7:00 pm and was told that the on-call technician would contact me. It took over an hour for someone to call me and when the technician finally did he said that he was on sort of house arrest due to the weather conditions and no one would be able to come out till the following day which was a Friday or that Monday. I informed him that I had a pregnant wife and a 4yr old in the cold. He then said that he would call around. Thirty minutes later a technician contact me and got a brief system what was going on with my system. I told him and then he went on to say that he was up north and that he knew someone closer which was in Duncanville. I received a call from someone fifteen minutes later the technician contacted me and asked what was going on with my system, I told him and he said that he was about twenty minutes away and was headed my way. When the technician arrived, he did not have on any booties for his boots after being out in the ice/rainy and muddy conditions. He came in and spent about ten minutes inside my house after saying that a part was needed and had to be ordered. Now with all of this time delay, temperature was dropping and my house is not warming. After the tech had left, I called back in and asked to speak with a manager. The lady took my statement and said that a manager would contact me. The following morning,I contacted the office 9728649688 and spoke with a lady and explained the situation and she said that they were checking on the part and said that she would give me a call back. I informed to her that I was waiting on a call from a manager and had not received one. She said to give her at least a hour and she would call me back. In that hour I got a call from a dispatcher who said that a technician would come out and place a temporary motor so that the fan unit would provide heat and run 24 hours till they come and replace the motor. The technician came out and did just that. Monday morning I called back and spoke to Karen to find out when someone would be out to my house, she said that she would take my information and someone would call me. Since I had not received a cal from anyone in over a hour I called back. The rep that I spoke to said that my part may not be to their facility until later this evening and that someone would have to come out the following day. I informed her that due to work I wouldn't be available and that my wife had things to do. She went on to say that she didn't want to scheduled a time without having the part at the office. Over these past few days the service I have received have been horrible. There is no customer service and the reps make you feel like your issue is not important. Not now time has anyone contacted me and kept me in the loop of what was going on. I do understand that the weather made it difficult to work as I am a technician as well for AT&T. On a overall scale I am very dissatisfied and will not recommend this company to anyone.

Trustworthy & Honest

I called Reliant after hearing their radio spots asking to call for other bids and then call them. Now I can see why they are so confident. Reliant was by far the least expensive and took the time to really explain the bid to me and why it fit the needs of my house, whereas I felt the other companies were just trying to sell me their most expensive unit. I trust them implicitly and am so happy with the job they did!
