Maid Brigade

I just used their cleaning services to clean my new house after doing some renovations and before moving in. Unfortunately, my experience was not the best. After 4+ hours and a team of 3. My hardwood floors looked like if they were mopped with a dirty mop leaving clear marks on the floor. Maid Brigade agreed to send a new team to redo the floors and after telling me that their crew had to mop the floor 5 times to remove the dust said that they had to look very closely to see the dust?? A little contradictory, no? If you need deep cleaning services, please stay away from this Maid Brigade!!!

I've used this Maid Brigade team for several years and I'm always very impressed with what a great job they do. The ladies are very friendly and on the single occasion there was a problem it was handled immediately and fairly. I recommend them to my friends and I would recommend them to anyone else tired of unreliable service.
