275 Cleaners

Took my black pair of pants to them and when I got them back they were ashy black���� don't take your coveted clothes there!

I had a very bad experience at this dry cleaners they supposed to clean my quilt when I got it home the cotton was all messed up on the inside n there was a tear at the bottom I paid with my credit card. The same day I took it back to the dry cleaners the lady took my name n number n said she will have the manager to call me back this is on Tuesday I waited until Thursday I went back talk to the manager when I took my quilt back that same Tuesday it was in plastic the same plastic I received it n when the manager picked it up to give it to me it was in the hamper on the floor no plastic n he told me he can't find me in the system so he don't know if they cleaned it or not n if they saw it up then I would have to pay for it n he said I had no receipt I left came home got the receipt took it back to him he still insist there's nothing he can do because I don't have the paper they gave me when I check the item n so he can see when I took the quilt to them to be clean it made no sense I had the receipt saying the day I picked it up. I said i brought it back to y'all just two hours later I don't wait no two or three days to bring it back n I have the receipt that I paid for it he still insist he don't know if they cleaned it or not. So being the bigger person I mad no big scene I left. Called my bank n I explain to them exactly what the man told me since he's wasn't sure if they cleaned it or not I'm being billed for something they don't clean. So the bank refund my money back. I paid $90 for the quilt cleaning was $25. all I wanted was for the cleaners to fix it or a meant they made an error they could have just got one from the back that someone forgot n gave it to me as long as it was brown I would have been ok with but they just denied the whole thing even with the receipt.
