Premier Pools & Spa gave us exemplary customer service and it's attributed to Kyle's dedication to his work. From the first meeting to project delivery, Kyle was completely engaged answering questions and concerns ensuring that everything is done right. Kyle is very responsive and hands down the best! Kudos too to Cory & all the workers for delivering a swimming pool just the way we like it. They all practiced safety especially during this time of Covid19. Our swimming pool was delivered sooner than scheduled. Our family love it!

We are building a pool and pool room and were new to the process. Tim was incredibly kind, knowledgeable and patient with us and our changes. Definitely recommend him, especially if it’s your first pool.

Summer fun here we come! Kory has lead this process and has been beyond amazing. From the first day we met him, to making sure everything was completed on time and fixed if needed. The company has been great. We are almost done with the process and thus far very happy! I would highly recommend this company to all.

Great experience from start to finish! Cindy was our sales person and was great the whole way through. Pricing was honest and we never had any set backs. I thought getting a pool installed would be a headache but it was far from it. No hiccups, no lies, no gimmicks! They take the time to go through any concern you may have and are always fast to respond via email or even text message! Pool construction was fast, about 3 months. Remember, you have to understand you are not their only costumer and they are building more then one pool at a time all over the Sacramento area. I would highly recommend Cindy and the whole crew at premier pools and spas!

We are very happy that we went with Premier. We had 4 bids in total and Premier was priced competitively. However, Jason Corbett's design blew the other guys out of the water. He is very talented and designed a pool that made the others look boring. We were able to get a good idea on what it would look like because of very detailed computer generated images.

Putting in a pool is a huge decision and I'm glad I went with Premier. They've been in business a long time and they really know what they're doing.

Premier was responsive, accommodating and went above and beyond to rectify every little thing that we had a concern about, everything from changing the shape of the decking to adding more moss rock after completion. The purchase also comes with 30 days of pool service, which has been fantastic.
