I did my surgery in January. I was very skeptical about the doctors performing the breast augmentation procedure. I did not want someone who would do a sloppy job. I did a lot of research and heard my friends talking about how great Dr. Smaili is. He was very professional and increased my cup size from A to full C. I am very satisfied with the results. I could not have asked for anything more in a surgeon. I would do it all over again with Dr. Smaili if I could. Best advice I could give is to go a cup bigger than you want. Mine came out a little smaller than expected, but I am still very happy with my increase in confidence now :) He is definitely one doctor I can recommend to others.
