Crisafulli Dental

The doctor has stepped up her game in education of financial responsibilities due to the patient and has a wealth of knowledge of dental health. She continues her education and attends classes for continuing her knowledge of the dental field. I feel comfortable in her office that she knows exactly what she is doing. I saw that she has helped around the world with helping people in need of dental care. She is truly top of her field and continues to share her expertise by starting. A dental assistant training program. I’m thankful to be a part of her office. Keep it up Wendy!

I have never written a bad review or any review on anyone ever; but I feel it's my duty to warn people not to go here for care. There are so many other choices and competent dentists. I am embarrassed I stuck it out as long as I did. Nice people, sometimes, (the staff is, particularly reception, it's like they work for another company), Crisafulli herself, not so much. Very incompetent. I don't know where to start. How about the EMT's having to be called because their gas machine malfunctioned and overdosed my wife? Fine, I'll be gracious and say I guess accidents happen, but they handled it horribly, like it was her fault. Never an apology and wouldn't call us back or admit they'd done anything wrong. Until the next visit when Dr. Bull grudgingly admitted their machine was broken and delivered too much gas. They screwed up my wife’s veneers, horrible pain and bleeding that made them look awful. Then, charged us to fix it? As she's writhing in pain, their office is closed and nobody is available to assist, until I lost my temper and one of them showed up way too sick to be working. Then, they botched my wife’s crowns (after overdosing her). They didn't feel right, we finally had another dentist check them out; nope, they are faulty and cracked and not put on correctly and when she grudgingly went back (after they asked to reschedule at the last minute, assuring us they would take care of it), they basically were irked that we went to another dentist; covered nothing but offered to look at them but they'd have to charge us. Really? Wow, I understand they are running a business, but that is the wrong way to do it. For some reason they charge way more for even basic care. They are in my network insurance; yet I was paying $100 bucks out of pocket just for standard checkups. Went to another dentist; standard $20 co-pay. They LOVE to add things on you don't ask for or want (and insurance doesn't pay). They weren't always this bad; it's really gone downhill. Go anywhere but there, you will regret it. Everything about that place is messed up.

These people are great. Mindy is a sweet hear and Trish is quite amazing herself. Amelia does a great cleaning and Dr Ness and Dr Crissafulli are amazing doctors. They worked out a payment plan so that it was affordable....I'm never switching dentists

Wendy is gental and helps ease my dental worries. She is definitely one of the better dentists I have been to. I would recommend her.
