Emergency Restoration

In short: don't waste your time with these guys. I spent over a month just trying to get them to provide me with a quote for a job, with countless promises to call me back, as well as unanswered calls and emails. At least they showed their true colors BEFORE I hired them. I can only imagine how awful their customer service would be once they have your money in-hand. My advice is to move on to someone - anyone - else, as these guys don't have their act together at all.

Emergency Restoration rocks! I am so glad I decided to use them instead of a company my insurance company wanted me to. I found their staff on time, efficient, polite and extremely careful with my belongings. I had a flood in my basement and that required carpet and dry wall removal, in addition to disinfecting the entire area. ER dried out the entire lower level, put everything back together (they have a list of contractors) and you would never know the basement had been flooded. They assigned a project manager who dealt with the insurance and truly saved me further stress and headaches. I hope I never need to call on them again, but it's comforting to know Emergency Restoration is there if I do.

Would definitely recommend and use Emergency Restoration again. Worked with my schedule and had the job done in a timely fashion. They were even comparable to a quote from a handyman. We were pleased with the drywall work done and also the clean up. Our insurance Co (who didn't cover any of the job) recommended them and weren't wrong in doing so.

My basement flooded and I called several restoration businesses. Emergency Restoration was the best company I could have chosen. They were very professional, easy to work with, and very understanding! They did an excellent job cleaning and worked with me on the price! I HIGHLY recommend this company! Excellent!!!

Worst company ever. They did a horrible job, would not tell me how much anything cost upfront and sent me a ridiculous bill, close to $5000 to clean a small basement flooding. Do not use this service. I even cleaned and sterilized everything after they came to "clean" my flooded basement I had absolutely no faith in the work they did it was awful.
