A PERFECT TOUCH LANDSCAPES

So I met with Alexander who is a 'Manager' at at Perfect Touch and he is a major JOKE. He came over and pitched me how great he was and the amazing work Perfect Touch would do. He begged me to sign a one year contract without seeing the work he would do. When I asked him to cut and edge my yard once so I could see his work, he said Perfect Touch does not do 'One Time' jobs. I thanked him and said I would be in touch.
Within an hour he left me a voicemail stating he wanted to 'prove' to me how good Perfect Touch was and would give me a one time service for $40.00. I called him to take him up on his offer. Since I waited a week he told me the price went up to $47.00 because of growth. My yard grew a whole 1/4 inch and its $7.00 extra, go figure.
So today my wife calls me and says that Alexander is at my house DEMANDING we PRE-PAY for him to cut our yard. My wife objected and asked why would we PRE-PAY since you have not done the work, that makes no sense. Alexander thanked her and insinuated that we were not going to pay him if he cuts our lawn first. Who does this? How are you in business when you leave the impression that your prospective customers are dishonest? Also, who PRE-PAYS for any kind of service like Carpentry or Lawn Care?
All and all, Alexander and Perfect Touch Landscaping are a TOTAL JOKE. If he is the actual owner, he is going to hit a harsh reality if he continues to treat prospective customers this way.

I would never recommend Alexander and Perfect Touch Landscape & Lawn to anyone!! He agreed that he could seed my yard for what I thought was a reasonable price during our first conversation. After he came out to do the actual estimate, I could tell that he didn't want to be upfront about what he felt the job would really cost, but I decided to go ahead and have him do the work anyway--big mistake. His team did not remove any of the crab grass weeds before spreading the grass seed, and now my yard is full of weeds. It looked fine at first, but only because everything was covered up with topsoil! I have basically ended up spending nearly $700 for topsoil, since the rest of the work they did turned out to be basically useless!

What can I say? Crew in uniform shows up every week like a clock, they never bother us, knock or ask anything, all work gets done, everything gets picked up and we never had to call their office with a complaint. I do like the annual service, my house looks perfect all year long.

Great company. This landscaper has been providing services for our 3 stores. We have been happy with their quality and price. I do not have allot of time to waste and they bill once a month and show up when scheduled , each and every time. Keep up the good work. Matt S Bothell, Wa

When I was asked to write my experience with landscape company, I did it with out hesitation. Best service I have ever received.

Perfect Touch did an amazing job landscaping my front yard. I only had enough budget for front or back and I started with front. Hopefully this coming year we can do the back and I will be using this company again for sure. Everyone complains there is no work. I called about 10 companies. 4 picked up the phone. 3 showed up for appontment. Only one was on time and in presentable appearance. I didn't even think twice who to hire. From time these guys started and by the time they finished I felt very confident with my investment and did not doubt Perfect Touch Landscapes twice.

You forget what landscape really is untill someone like Perfecttouchlandscapes.com comes in and makes everything right. It took few days but Wow, we got 4 compliments 1st day from neighbours. I personally like that Miguel and other guys with him worked so hard and I never seen them take brakes or slack. 5 stars from me.

I found perfect on google and called. Very nice site and customer service. I needed one time major clean up and small landscaping addition. What would of taken me a week to finish and dozens of trips to different garden stores Perfect Touch finished in couple of hours. I am enjoying maintenance now and now that leafs are falling I didn't know landscaping companies can clean them as often as I like. They show up once a week blow all leaf from my property , vacuum them up with some fancy machine and keep my yard looking top notch. Thanks .

It has been a while since contractor impressed me, I wish I had work done same day I signed up, but I had to wait for two weeks. Result came out better then I was used to and whole transaction went smooth. I got few services done for free as part of one time landscape modification. Looking forward towards monthly maintenance. Hopefully I can just enjoy it and not worry how to fit all yard debris in my recycling bin.

I had great experience with perfect touch landscaping, these guys made me in to believer and I am looking forward upcoming monthly maintenance on my garden.
