A G Heating & Cooling

These guys are crooks. Replaced my furnace and then shortly after, it stopped running and after multiple attempts calling them, they never came back to check it out after they cash my check.

Al did a bad job and never came back to fix the after many attempts to contact him. He took the money and he and his son disappeared after to mess up the furnace.

My husband and I recently purchased a home that came with a home warranty. We had to call the warranty company two times previously (once to fix our AC & once to look at a heater in our Florida room). They sent a different guy out for each one of those jobs & he ended up being a dud & he wasn't able to get the heater in the Florida room covered. Well, today we noticed that our furnace was blowing out cold air, so we called the home warranty company who today sent out A.G. Heating & Cooling. My only complaint is they arrived to our home 3 hours after the estimated time they gave my husband, but they were on another job they had to complete before ours & to be fair it was only an estimate. They were in & out of our home quickly and even installed a new, programmable thermostat to replace the ancient, Mercury-filled thermostat we had. They even looked at the old heater in our Florida room that the warranty company wouldn't cover (for free!) Certainly went above & beyond tonight!

Amazing! So my furnace went out and I called our usual repair guy to come, charged me a $95 emergency fee and said he couldn't do anything that day. Came out the next day and said I needed either to buy an $800 motor, or a $2400 furnace. We tried to buy the new furnace but didn't have the ca$h and didn't qualify for their finance plan. Called some friends and one recommend Allen at AG. Came out took some time and found that the motor was just seized, not failed. Was able to take it apart whack some stuff around and put it back together. Its working for now, and hopefully will hte rest of the winter, we'll save some cash and probably purchase a new furnace from Allen this summer. Can't recommend enough. Actually fixed my problem for less than our regular guy charged to say he couldn't.

The guy that came out kept talking in circles and didn't seem to want to give any real pricing for the job my family is wanting done. So I wouldn't even call this company. Try and search for another company if you can.

Beware, I was cheat by this company.

Owner and 14 year old some came to home to re-charge my C/A unit with freon; he allowed his 14 year old son to perform the work and never checked to confim the work was done correctly.

The crook took the last money to my name and I received nothing but excuses.

I saved more money and call another larger well know company and they came out and filled freon, and the temp started to cool down within 10 minutes. It's been 5 years and it's still works great.

Again, buyer beware, go with a larger well know company but stay away from this crook who prey on single mothers and women.

I called a. g. heating and cooling for a problem with my furnace. he came out within a hour and had my furnace working. he was honest with me and told me what was wrong with my furnace and had it fixed right away.
