the owner is a liar. he told me that I was unable to get the $35 plan when in actuality I was able to get the plan do to boost Mobile policy stating that all phones are eligible for any planbasically the owner uses strong arm tactics to force customers to spend unnecessary money on a high dollar plan instead of a budget friendly plan I called boost mobile and they confirmed that you can get the $35 plan on any smartphone which is entirely different from what the owner told me and my wifeI also filed a complaint through boost mobileand I would recommend that no one goes to the storethey don't care about the customer all they care about is making money I actually went to another Boost Mobile store and they gave me excellent customer service they even offered me the $35 plan on any phone I wanted without trying to use trick and strong arm tacticsthe Duncanville Texas Boost Mobile store is awful. even the dirty floor tells me that I should have never went in there. I won't recommend anyone to this terrible unprofessional store
