I called John to have some electrical work done in my home and he was very knowledgeable, professional, courteous and respectful. He is like a surgeon with the way he wired my home because he was very careful and meticulous when it came to details. His truck and tools are immaculately clean which I found to be very refreshing in an electrician because John takes pride in himself, his equipment and especially his workmanship! He gave me a very respectful price for the work he did and in my opinion if you are looking for the best hire John because he is the best from all the others I hired in the past. Hi, My husband and I needed an electrician to comply for Insurance. John was recommended to us. We called and he answered right away! Told him what we needed to have done .He made himself available when we needed him. Upon meeting him, we were very impressed with his listening skills and complete understanding of what we wanted. As he went along in the process, you saw the rare passion that a person has for his field. We were beyond wowed! He explained everything he was doing, checked some previous work to make sure it was done well. His knowledge is incredible, so much so, that we had him do more work for us that same day. My husband and I were delighted with the courtesy and care received to correct a lighting issue that we were experiencing. We did a house check after that problem was solved and discovered some other minor problems that John was then able to correct for us on the spot. We were looking for an electrician on a Saturday for an urgent issue-- an apparent live wire in our attic. Not only did John answer the phone when we called (very few electricians did), but he made us a priority and even arrived earlier than quoted. He kept us aware of his process and why he was doing what he was doing, and he was able to locate the live wire and resolve the issue. We were so impressed that we had him troubleshoot the rest of our house and he made sure everything was working to code. John is thorough, reliable, and knowledgable-- we are SO happy with his work!

Needed to replace a blown up outlet with a dedicated plug for my water heater in a very tight space/closet. Job was outstanding. Great service at a very reasonable price. Technician was very prompt and thorough with his work and did a great job explaining the work he did and why he needed to do it the way he did. Very patiently explained to me all the details of the job and all the service charges that were required all with a very pleasant attitude.

I called Electric Experts because I had a major issue with lights flickering in my home and had lost power to certain rooms throughout the house. John from Electric Experts showed up ON TIME and found the problem IMMEDIATELY upon arrival, It turned out to be the outside main electrical panel which was corroded and rusted beyond repair and needed to be replaced. John worked until 11PM and not only replaced the outside electrical panel, but also did an excellent job and now everything is working again perfectly!!
