        We hired back in Dec 2015 they promised to be done by no later than Jan 2016. Jan came and went and no fence. We started calling leaving messages to check status of fence since we hadn't heard from anyone. Instead of an apology for being behind on projects he got a nasty reply not to be calling anymore, they knew what they had to do. After several inquiries they finally came installed fence two weeks ago it is now 4/4/16. We spoke to the owners in several occasion and both were rude, unwilling to assume responsibility and pass the buck with excuses as to why work not done. Project is partially done. Mind you they're billing person Susan is starting to pepper us with calls about paying balance according to her messages project is done. However if this company wants to stay in business they need some serious improvements in their communication, Ethics, and respect for the customer. The savings are not worth the AGGRAVATION YOU WILL ENDURE.
