I rented from Tradelands for one year. During that year, I had to wait weeks, even a month, to even get a reply for anything. A neighbor's dog broke through the fence in my backyard. Brick said he would fix it and then never did. Sewer was backing up outside of my apartment. It took two days of me constantly calling to even get a call back. Black mold was growing in my children's closet. It took nearly a month of me emailing and calling constantly to get a call back. I was never given a copy of my lease. When I gave my 30 days notice to move out and asked for a check out form, they ignored me. Surprise! I asked twice for directions on moving out. I got none. I cleaned the apartment and it was in good shape. There were no damages. There was just the normal wear and tear. So, I was shocked to find that they kept $200 of my $500 for paint touch up (really? Where???), not pulling weeds (there were more weeds when I moved in then when I moved out), and not shampooing carpets. I would've gladly pulled the weeds and shampooed the carpet, had I known that's what they expected. They took almost double the 14 days allowed in AZ to return my deposit, and they only did so after I harassed them for it, once again. When I called and left two voicemails expressing my concern for the $200 that they kept very unfairly, I was not even acknowledged...once again. They have the WORST customer service, ever. Don't rent from them.
