        BE CAREFUL!

        They groomed my dog, cut a chunk out of her ear and never told us. When we saw it later that day, we left a VM asking why they didnt tell us and we ask them to call us back. They never did. I went back a few days later and the lady who groomed my dog was rude. The owner was very apologetic, but the damage is done. Also, its a very professional shop. One of the girls boy friend is always hanging out.

        GROOMERS BEWARE!!! This woman is a nutcase. She claims my groomer cut the ear, but this was not possible. It was obviously an old injury and it took her 5 days to complain. We never received the so called phone call. Traci also tried to bribe me for $1500 or she would slander my company on the internet. It is interesting that she is so concerned, but her dog had a price. Traci tried to attack my groomer and I had to jump between them. We were forced to file a police report against her. If she enters my shop, she will be arrested. My attorney told me that this is a new scam going on with many grooming shops. Do not agree to groom her dog.
