Lakeshire Place Apartments

Do NOT move into these apartments! We have lived in our 2/2 for exactly 2 months and there have been so many issues. Our hot water has been turned off twice..in the middle of the day, when it rains there is literally a WATERFALL at our gate preventing us from leaving the apartment unless we want to get drenched. I have had to complain on the people that live above us because it sounds like they are having bowling matches all the time. Maintenance is HORRIBLE...if you put in a service request on the website, good luck ever hearing back from them but on the other hand, if you call the office, they'll tell you what they think will make you go away and then never fix the issue. ALL of our doors in the apartment (including the front door) stick when you open them because all they do when someone moves out is slap more paint on the walls, doors , door frames and door hinges. The AC vents are REALLY bad...the one in my daughters room (the guest bedroom) doesnt even have air coming out of it...i have to keep her ceiling fan on high 24/7 so she doesnt burn up. There are cracks around the front door where you can see the light from outside coming in so our AC is going straight outside. The parking spots are so narrow, its almost guaranteed that you'll have your doors dinged. Theres a neighborhood right across the parking lot from our apartment and all times of the night there is a dog outside barking...constantly and then at about 6am, theres a rooster at another house that starts crowing for HOURS. I wish we wouldnt have signed a year lease....worst decision EVER. If there was an option for no stars, i would select that.



Just dont put yourself or your family in this hell of a place.
