        Overall

        Steer clear of this roach motel if you value your items whatsoever! The building is not maintained and by that I mean the roof has large cracks and gaping holes and rain water will flow freely onto your items. There are roaches and other bugs taking up free residence that will surely find their way into your space. Other things include no dollies ever available to help you move your items, no dumpsters available to throw your stuff out once it's ruined....yes you will need to then pay to move your soaking wet bug infested items out! Customer service? Doesn't exist in this place, so called store "manager " Fabian will put on a nice display of how customer service shouldn't be! Do yourself a favor and keep driving the half Block to the public storage!!!!
