They are super nice. The owner, Kristi, was very helpful. I was helping my mother store some of her property to down size into a smaller house. Kristi was so nicce to my mother. She completely understood my moms concerns about her stuff being safe. She spent almost an hour with us showing us every available size and answering all her questions. Kristi really catered to her conserns. Another nice feature, Jane the manager who is always there always remebers my mother. My mom looks forward to making her monthly payment because Jane always invites her for a cup of coffee at the office.

This was the cleanest facility I have ever stored at. The manager, Jane, was very nice and helpful. The facility was designed to keep the trouble out. Their buildings act as the exterior walls of the place. It is like entering a fort. This is really nice if you don't want the whole world seeing what you store when they drive by the place and your door is open. They have all the regular stuff you expect from a first class storage place like cameras, moving supplies and a resident manager living on the site. They even let me use their trailer, dolly and moving blankets for free. Another thing that really stood out was that Jane would always remembered my name even though I was not in the office but maybe two or three times over 8 months, very impressive and nice. They seem to really want to provide a quality service and not just a place to keep your stuff.
